(Completed September 2012) Construction Cost $16,742,506 Total Area: 79,000 square feet New construction of the New Memorial Elementary School. Designed as a 79,000 square foot school to provide a comfortable environment for 500 students. The project came in $6 million under budget at a cost of $209.00 per square foot ($16.7 million total). Green design principals were implemented for the design of this school and met the criteria for MA-CHPS. The school project was completed and opened for the 2011-2012 school year. |
