Paul Griffin, Jr.
Principal, Senior Advisor Paul serves CMS as a Principal and Senior Advisor providing a high level of support to the CMS team. Paul started CMS in 1998 recognizing the need for Owners Project Management Services. Paul has earned a reputation for being an exceptional Project Executive dedicating his time and energy to building lasting relationships with clients by delivering projects On time, On Budget, and built to withstand the test of time. With over 40 years of experience in the Construction industry and a love and passion to keep learning and growing, Paul has built his career from the ground up. Paul's career began in the trades as an electrician and then moved up from there to an executive of a fortune 500 company as Northeast Region Facilities Director - responsible for over 100 locations. Paul left the corporate world to start CMS to provide Public Owners a service that was desperately needed within the Commonwealth. Paul has served on many boards and committees over the years including Chairman of the Mashpee High School Building Committee followed by member of the Massachusetts Construction Reform Committee. Principal, Project Executive With over 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry, Neil is an invaluable member of the CMS team. Neil’s leadership and understanding of all aspects of construction are outstanding. Neil has a vast array of knowledge from the numerous projects he has worked on from the progressive professional development at Modern Continental Construction Company, beginning with support roles in project scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor coordination, and culminating in project management. His Project Management roles include that of roadway, tunnel, infrastructure and building construction projects (MGL Ch 30 / Ch 149) in conjunction with the Central Artery / Tunnel and Massachusetts Water Resource Authority – Deer Island Sewage Treatment Plant projects. Prior to joining CMS, as a Sr. Project Manager for J.B.M General Contracting, Neil had extensive experience and success in public construction including building (MGL, Ch. 149), Comprehensive occupied building renovations (phased construction) and additions and renovations in educational facilities. As a Principal, Neil currently manages all phases of project development as well as heads up CMS's Estimating Department. Neil has excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills that allow him to maintain a cooperative team environment throughout the process. Neil has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is OSHA certified, maintains a MA unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, and is MCPPO certified. Scott Lubker
Principal, Senior Project Manager Scott is a skilled Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Scott began working for CMS in 2003, working for his Step-Father and CMS's founding Partner, Paul Griffin. Scott has been a valuable and effective member of the CMS team due to his hands on abilities as well has his focus and attention to details. Scott’s strengths in quality control and monitoring enable him to be particularly effective in discovering and solving problems. Scott has extensive knowledge in the building design and construction fields and has managed over $250M in combined projects in the past 10 years. Scott has managed a variety of Private and Public construction projects and specializes in K-12 Education, Public Safety, Sports and Recreational facilities, and multi-unit residential developments. In 2019 Scott was made a Principal of CMS. In addition to a Senior Project Management role, Scott also works in the Estimating and Marketing department. Scot is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is OSHA 30 certified, maintains a MA unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, and is MCPPO certified. Kevin Griffin
Principal, Senior Project Manager Kevin is a skilled Project Manager with a vast construction background that began at an early age with hands on experience in the trades and helped run his first multi-million dollar residential development project just out of high school. After graduating college, Kevin went to work for Gilbane as an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent on a $150 Million cell culture plant and a $400 Million psychiatric hospital respectively. Since joining CMS, Kevin has provided Project management and Estimating support on multiple projects. Kevin has excellent communication and negotiating skills. He now oversees and manages some of our more complicated projects. Kevin earned a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and maintains his unrestricted construction superviser license, OSHA 30, and MCPPO certifications. Jo-Ann Corsi
Office Manager Jo-Ann is a valuable member of the CMS team. Her dedication and commitment to providing our team and clients the best possible support has helped us achieve our continued success and maintain our excellent reputation. Jo-Ann is responsible for managing the day to day operations of our office as well as serving as our marketing coordinator. |
