(Completed 2020) Project Cost $ 29.8M Construction Cost $24.2M Total Area: 50,988 square feet Design Bid Build Complying with sustainability mandates established by the Town and following our Avery Elementary School’s LEED-Gold facility. The Dr. Curran Early Childhood Education Center is a LEED-Silver facility, serving 200 students in Grades PK-K. Locating the school on an old school site to help avoid disrupting active school sites and to avoid land acquisition costs. The school project was completed and opened for the 2019-2020 school year. |
