Good Afternoon, 
As part of our continuing communication with the neighbors, we wanted to share the following information.
Following an update from HV Collins, the ECEC contractor, the project continues to be on schedule.  Given the recent inclement weather conditions and soil removal, this update is good news. In an effort to maintain the schedule, HV Collins will be working this Saturday the 13th and on the holiday-Monday Jan. 15th.  The contractor has been requested to minimize noisey activities on both of these days.
