The proposed addition/renovation project will be approximately 27,500SF and will include a large vehicle/heavy equipment storage garage, vehicle maintenance and wash bays, storage for tools, equipment, and supplies. Office / Administration area includes offices, restrooms, locker rooms, laundry, break room, conference rooms, and supporting spaces.
The project is being constructed on a former landfill and includes extensive ground improvements and geo-stabilizing for foundation construction. This project has been funded at $22M. The project will be completed during the summer of 2025. |
