Hi all,
Due to the anticipated volume of snowfall today we will be plowing the site Wednesday morning. I have asked for the contractor to use trucks that do not have back up alarms but they could not guarantee what trucks/equipment will be going to the site yet. As always please feel free to reach out with any concerns. Good afternoon,

As part of our continuing communication with the neighbors, we wanted to share the following information. Following an update from HV Collins, the ECEC contractor, the project continues to be on schedule. Given the recent inclement weather conditions and soil removal, this update is good news. In an effort to maintain the schedule, HV Collins will be working this Saturday the 13th and on the holiday-Monday Jan. 15th. The contractor has been requested to minimize noisey activities on both of these days. As always, please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Thank You, Kevin Griffin Project Manager 508.561.8712 cell 508.786.0600 Office www.cms-ma.com/Greetings all,
The plan for next 2 week will be to continue to export soils and to start opening up A wing and finish excavating for B wing. Underground plumbing and electrical will finish in C wing and move into B wing. Continue B wing frost walls and spread footings. Prep for steel delivery and hopefully start erecting steel toward the end of the next 2 weeks. I have attached the 3-week lookahead from H.V. Collins as well. I have also included the draft meeting minutes of the 12-4-2017 SBRC meeting. As always we keep adding all these items to the website. CMS-MA.com Lastly, I have included a photo from this morning showing the pile is all gone, we are just hauling out rocks and digging out the rest of B and A-wing. Have a happy holiday Kevin Griffin Project Manager 508.561.8712 cell 508.786.0600 Office 508.786.0608 Fax Hi All,
Due to the snow fall on Saturday, we will be plowing the site today once the snow finishes. No work will be taking place just snow clean up to avoid any delays. I have asked for the contractor to use trucks that do not have back up alarms but they could not guarantee what truck will be going to the site yet. As always please feel free to reach out to me with any concerns. Thank you. Great news. The soil removal has begun and has been going well so far.
As always, any questions regarding the project please contact me. Or visit our Web Site for information regarding this project: http://cms-ma.com/dedhamecec All,
I am reaching out to provide an update on the trucking/soils removal time line, we had some paperwork issues with the trucking that are being resolved. We anticipate trucking to start this week. I will send out an email this week to verify the exact start date. Good Evening,As part of our continuing effort to keep abutters informed regarding the ECEC project, over the next few days we will be doing some more rock removal with a excavator and a “Hoe Ram” basically a large jackhammer, periodically throughout the new couple of days. We wanted to reach out just incase anyone heard some new noises coming from the project today or tomorrow, so you would know what it was. Update on the fence relocation has been completed except for the relocation of the gate section, that will also be moved back from the road to match the rest of the new fence line. As always, any questions regarding the project please contact me.
